We started Umecom with the Kringloop+ concept in Schipluiden, but we have now left. For sale we now have a separate, professional space at the Distributieweg 50, 2645 EJ in (Delft-SouthDelfgauw).
We have been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years: the first years in retail, then about 15 years with an internet agency / e-commerce. So, from sales in general and online in particular: web marketing and SEO.
With this knowledge and experience, we are nowadays working every day to efficiently publish your surplus items on the internet and to maximize the chance of a good sale. And we do no-cure, no-pay!
Where necessary, collected items are 'refurbished' (= cleaning, repairing, making as new) for a new, second life, with which we also help everyone: the client, the buyer and the environment.

opgeruimd-verdiend.nl is actually a hobby that got out of hand. As an entrepreneur I have more than 20 years of experience; first retail, later with an internet agency, to finally start working with Umecom via e-commerce.
Because I know my way around the internet and the way you sell stuff (online), I turned out to be quite successful with the sale of our own surplus stuff, which had been in the barn for far too long.
When friends and family saw this, I was more and more often asked to sell superfluous things for them via the internet, from the shed next to our house. So is Umecom and the concept opgeruimd-verdiend.nl arise.
In this way we have already sold many hundreds of items and a streamlined process has been made. It is our pleasure to help you with the sale of your business. Always for the win-win (= You & Me Commerce)

As founder of Umecom BV, I have not had an average career ... Like many, at the end of high school, I walked in and asked, "What now? Technique and crafts I liked, so Mechanical Engineering was going to be it. But, first, a year of learning to shoot. Browning, UZI, FAL and MAG... Nice stuff, weird application.
And then you're Wtb-er/ Product Developer, but not yet a satisfactory answer to 'what now?'. To pass the time, start working at the largest PC retailer. Branch office Rotterdam. Technical Services. Soon to be too limited. Retail's nice. Startup GSM retailer. Own office in Delft. Nice, but too little 'tinkering'.
2000. Through brother in the world of internet. Own full-service BV. 2013 .. shift ambitions. Company sold. ICT secondment and e-Commerce. Mistaken in partners. It's up to you again. Back to base. What do I like? What am I good at? Sales, crafts, logistics and ... concept development. How are we gonna make some money? With respect!
Umecom as a company name, was conceived as an amalgamation of 'You & Me Commerce'. This text - as a caption and for practical reasons - has not been part of the logo for some time now, but means so much as 'sales that should be of interest to all parties'. Core prerequisite for a good feeling and a long-term relationship!
The rationale, as I once described it: Money is important, commerce inevitable! But with an honest, responsible relationship between price and performance (or product) and with respect for each other and our world!
Unfortunately, we see that the proportions and the respect as meant here are increasingly lacking. We've had our share. I could write a book about it. And that's what I'm gonna do. But, for all the spicy details, you'll have to be patient. Making the world a better place starts with yourself... and, why not on a business level?
Umecom. Started as a hobby, from the shed next to our house. Contents of ourselves, contents of others. It's getting very full. I raise things where necessary to fix, sell and share the proceeds. It's going well. There's a need for this! Strange people at the door. You sell household effects on consignment? Of course we do!

In the meantime, it's moving on. Once a loose household item. Now complete furniture, clearing and everything else that qualifies for 'You & Me Commerce'. Regular channels for (in)movable goods, are often opaque or downright unreliable. Selling yourself gives 100% influence and transparency, but is not for everyone.
